The Land Planners Inc. is an urban planning consulting firm focused on 3d visualizations, site plans, drawings for the architecture, engineering and construction industry. We help visualize your project and can even bring your vision to reality through land acquisition and land approvals.
Our team has more than a decade of experience on urban planning projects from minor variances for residential and commercial development to EV charging stations and telecommunication tower development. Our mission is to be a diverse, multidisciplinary, collaborative creative firm helping large and small clients on all matters associated with land. We handle personal, corporate and government projects. We aim to focus our efforts on subtle yet modern design that will create a positive everlasting environment.
Managing Director
Shehryar Khan, MCIP RPP
Shehryar Khan is the managing director at The Land Planners Inc. He has extensive experience in municipal applications for telecommunication tower development, electric vehicle charging stations, minor variance, site plan application and re-zoning projects across Ontario and other parts of Canada. He has a bachelors degree from Toronto Metropolitan University in urban and regional planning. He also possesses a diploma in civil engineering technology.
Shehryar is a registered professional planner with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute and a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners. He enjoys travelling, playing ball hockey, golf and spending time with friends/family.
